Calvin Klein T-Shirt Print Peeling After One Wash – Warranty Complaint

I purchased a Calvin Klein T-shirt (code: 8720639388806) through the Boyner mobile app. I also bought the same model in brick red and navy blue, and I have followed the washing instructions on the label precisely for all of them. The brick red and navy blue shirts are completely fine; however, after washing the aqua green one just once, the print started to peel and deform in certain areas.
I sent the product in for inspection, but Boyner customer service informed me that the issue was caused by “consumer error” and refused to help. I strongly disagree with this assessment since I used and washed the shirt exactly as instructed, and the defect clearly did not result from misuse.
I request that this product be re-evaluated under warranty and that a replacement or refund be issued accordingly. I can provide photos of the damaged area if necessary.
