On November 11, 2024, I purchased a Calvin Klein K60K612220 Sculpted Camera Bag 18 Mono model bag for $64 from the Calvin Klein store at İstinyePark. Approximately 5–6 months after the purchase, peeling and various deformations began to appear on the bag.

Despite using the product very rarely and with great care, it reached this condition in such a short period of time, which clearly indicates a manufacturing defect. For this reason, on November 13, 2025, I took the bag back to the İstinyePark store and requested that it be repaired or replaced with a new one. The store staff stated that they would consult with the head office regarding the product.

Later, I was informed that although they accepted the issue as a manufacturing defect, my refund or replacement request was not approved because more than one year had passed since the purchase date by only two days. In other words, even though the bag began peeling after a very short period of careful use, no responsibility was taken, and the request was rejected solely due to a two-day delay.

I believe that a bag sold under these circumstances should have at least a two-year warranty, and it is absolutely unacceptable for such an expensive branded product to deteriorate within 5–6 months. While there is a clear manufacturing defect, enforcing a strict one-year limit and causing customer hardship over a two-day difference is an extremely unprofessional approach.

I have been using a much cheaper bag purchased from a street market for two years without any issues, so it is deeply disappointing that a branded bag I paid a high price for has ended up in this condition. I request that this product be officially recognized as defective and that a full refund be issued, or at the very least, that the bag be replaced with a new one free of charge.

Additionally, I expect the brand to act more responsibly regarding warranty coverage and legal obligations and to review this practice, which clearly places customers at a disadvantage.
