Calvin Klein Boot Logo Disaster

Hello, I bought a pair of Calvin Klein brand boots from the Boyner store in Elazig about a year ago, near the end of winter. Despite not wearing them frequently, I noticed that the CK logo on my boots was peeling off and the leather was cracking. Concerned, I sent them in for warranty evaluation, only to receive a discouraging response claiming user error. I couldn't understand how the CK logo on the upper part of the boot peeling off could be considered a user error. I returned them to the Boyner store after insisting on a reevaluation. This experience has soured my opinion of Calvin Klein, both in terms of the logo's adhesive quality and their unjust dismissal of my claim as a user error. I demand that the boots I returned be thoroughly reevaluated. As a student who trusted the Calvin Klein brand when purchasing these boots, their logo peeling off so easily reflects poorly on their commitment to quality. I hope this problem is resolved quickly because it has harmed my perception of the brand.
