I frequently visit the Costa Coffee branch on Barbaros Boulevard in Beşiktaş because it’s a lovely café with great coffee. However, their internet service is a major issue that ruins the experience. I rely on Wi-Fi for work, but the connection has been painfully slow and insufficient for a long time.
Whenever I ask about it, staff claim the internet is fine, which is confusing and frustrating. I remember their previous password-protected Wi-Fi was better—perhaps now it’s shared with all customers, degrading the quality.
I expect a café of this standard to provide a reliable internet connection. Please address this issue urgently to restore the convenience and quality expected at Costa Coffee.
