I have never experienced such terrible internet service at a café before. I visited Caffè Nero Hilltown Küçükyalı intending to work while enjoying a coffee, but it was impossible.
The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all—either there was no connection, or it was so slow that it was completely unusable. I couldn’t get any work done, making my visit a complete waste of time. A café that markets itself as a comfortable space for working should offer stable internet access.
I expect Caffè Nero to fix this issue immediately. Reliable Wi-Fi is a basic service that customers expect, especially those who come in to study or work. Please address this problem!
