I had the right side mirror of my BYD Seal U-DMI replaced at BYD Kar Otomotiv after minor damage. However, the paint job on the new mirror is terrible. The surface is rough, uneven, and poorly finished, with the black plastic underneath still visible.
The workmanship is extremely low-quality, worse than what you’d expect from a basic local repair shop. For an official BYD service center, this level of work is unacceptable.
I have already contacted BYD about this issue and will provide an update once I receive a response. BYD, I expect a proper resolution—either repaint the mirror correctly or replace it with a well-finished one. This is not the quality I paid for!
