BYD Atto 3 Battery Drains While Parked—No Solution from BYD

Ever since the BYD app update, my Atto 3 has been experiencing battery drain while parked. I reported the issue to BYD Turkey, but they simply dismissed it as "normal." If this is truly normal, then why don’t other BYD models have the same problem?

On top of that, customer service is completely unhelpful. When I reach out, they show no real interest in addressing my concern. Instead of investigating or offering a fix, they act like it’s not a problem.

This is unacceptable, and I demand a real solution. BYD, take responsibility and fix this issue immediately! I shouldn’t have to deal with battery loss on a parked EV!
