BYD App Not Responding to Commands—Remote Functions Unusable

The BYD app opens on my vehicle, but when I try to send a command, I receive an error message: "No response from vehicle. Please try again." The app works only for the first 5-10 minutes after exiting the car, but after that, it stops functioning completely.
I visited BYD Kart Oto Service in Istanbul, but the technician admitted that they had no knowledge of the issue. I tested the app in multiple locations, including Fatih and Şişli, where my phone had a strong signal, yet the issue persisted.
This is a major problem, as I need to turn on the climate control in the morning for my child. BYD, I expect a real solution! If I need a software fix, multimedia system replacement, or a technician who actually understands the issue, then make it happen.
