BYD App Still Cannot Connect to My Vehicle Despite SIM Installation and Updates

BYD released an application for control from the phone last month. The SIM card that was not in my vehicle was installed about 20 days ago. I waited for about a week and realized that the vehicle was still not reachable on the app. When I went to the service, they said that it could be related to my e-mail address extension, and my information was updated through my windowslive.com and gmail.com e-mail addresses. I was also told the issue would be resolved shortly after this update, but that never happened. However, although 3 weeks have passed and I have called customer relations many times during this time, I have not reached a conclusion yet and no response has been received.
