I Sent Dogecoin via BEP20 to Bybit, but the Coins Never Arrived in My Account

I transferred Dogecoin from Binance TR to my Bybit account using the BEP20 network, but my funds have not shown up on Bybit—even though the transaction is marked as successful on Binance. The transaction was completed, and I have the TXID to prove it:

This is extremely frustrating. I trusted that once a blockchain transaction is confirmed and marked successful on the sending platform, the receiving platform should process and credit it without delays. I’ve checked multiple times, waited hours, and reached out for support, but there has been no progress or response.

I need Bybit to urgently investigate this issue and credit the Dogecoin to my account or at least provide a transparent update on the status. Users should not be left in the dark, especially when real money is involved. If BEP20 is not supported for DOGE, there should be a clear warning before the transfer. I expect this issue to be resolved immediately.
