It’s been over 10 days and I still can’t access my Bybit account. I’ve sent multiple emails, opened support tickets, and yet no one has responded with a real solution. I clearly explained that I live in a rural area with limited access to resources. After finally locating a phone with NFC capability, I attempted to complete the identity verification process. I submitted all required documents and proved I am the rightful account owner.
However, every time I try to scan my ID using NFC, the system fails and eventually blocks me after too many attempts. Now I’m locked out completely with a message saying I’ve exceeded the retry limit. I can't make trades, withdrawals, or do anything with my funds. This delay is causing me financial loss, and no one from Bybit seems to care.
Why is it so hard to reach a real person to resolve this? Is it necessary for me to file a formal complaint with the Consumer Rights Authority just to get support? I've done everything asked of me. I demand immediate assistance to restore access to my account and a proper explanation for this unacceptable delay.
