ByBit Account Blocked and Funds Frozen

My Bybit account has been fully blocked since April 9, 2026 due to a compliance review, and since then I have not been given any clear information about the reason or the process. I received an email from the Legal & Compliance team stating that my account was under review, but more than 20 days have passed and I have not been asked for any documents, nor have I received any explanation for why my account was frozen. After my account was already blocked, I mistakenly deposited 300 USD into the same account. Bybit accepted this deposit, but I am not allowed to trade or withdraw, so my entire balance of 300 USD is frozen and inaccessible. When I contact support, I only receive the same generic response to “wait” without any time frame, without any concrete reason, and without any indication of what is needed from me to resolve the situation. My sole and clear request is that my frozen 300 USD be released and that I be allowed to withdraw my own funds. I ask that this compliance review be concluded as soon as possible, my account be unblocked, or at the very least that withdrawal of my balance be enabled so I can access my money again.
