Bybit Withdrawal Blocked Due To NFC Verification Failure, No Support Response

On September 15, I attempted to withdraw 5,000 TL through Bybit TR. However, during the process, I could not complete the identity verification step because I was using a device without NFC support. Even when I tried again on another device with NFC capability, the verification still failed.
Because of this issue, I contacted customer service. But since Bybit does not provide phone support, I was only able to reach them by email, and unfortunately, I have not received any response.
Throughout this process, I have been unable to withdraw my money and I am experiencing financial hardship. I request that Bybit provide an alternative method for identity verification or allow a manual approval so that I can withdraw my funds. I ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
