Bybit Support Delayed My $2,499 Withdrawal Request
Today, I initiated a fiat withdrawal of $2,499 from my Bybit account to my Akbank account. Although the transaction appears as “approved” on the platform, it has still not reached my Akbank account even after about an hour. The withdrawal order number is EXC1994308746763767808.
I contacted Bybit live support regarding the issue, but I was not given any clear or detailed information — I was only told to wait. Experiencing a delay with such a large transaction, combined with the lack of transparent and clear communication, seriously damages my confidence in the process.
I request that this withdrawal be urgently reviewed, that the funds be transferred to my Akbank account as soon as possible, and that I receive a written and clear explanation regarding the cause of the delay.
Unfortunately, the Bybit TR exchange still hasn't been able to provide a tangible explanation regarding the process. Moreover, it's very difficult to communicate with this exchange. The reason is that they don't have a customer representative who speaks Turkish. Above all, this is a major trust-breaking issue. Of course, they still haven't solved my problem. For example, this company is even incapable of updating the emergency contact information on their own website. It seems like a company established just for the sake of formality due to the crypto law. No Turkish representative, no problem solving. Sorry, neither Sari Borsa nor Bybit mean anything to me anymore; both companies are the same for me now. Bybit TR succeeded in making me lose money in this Ponzi sector, where there was only one exchange left that I hadn't lost money to!
At the end of the 5th day, they said that a refund had been issued by the bank. This time, they asked for my bank account statements for the last 3 months?! And they also requested new IBAN information to refund the money to me. Let’s see when they will actually process my refund. I would also like to mention, unfortunately, as if dealing with all this wasn’t enough, don’t pay attention to those who comment on the complaint saying things like: 'I was a victim too, I contacted so-and-so and got my money back in full.' As if dealing with what the exchanges are doing isn’t enough, now fake accounts are spamming the comments under the complaints as well. Best regards.
