I Can’t Withdraw My Funds from Bybit Because of 2FA and Incomplete Verification

I’m completely stuck and fed up with Bybit right now. I’m trying to withdraw my money, but I can’t because of a 2FA code issue. The platform says my identity verification is incomplete—but it doesn’t tell me how to fix it. I searched every section in the settings, and there’s nothing that helps. It’s like they want to keep your funds locked in your account with no clear solution.

The worst part? There’s so much conflicting information online, it’s impossible to know what’s accurate. I’ve wasted hours trying to resolve this on my own. It’s exhausting, and my money is just sitting there, inaccessible. I trusted Bybit, but this is seriously damaging that trust.

Bybit needs to step up, clearly explain how to complete the ID verification, resolve the 2FA withdrawal block, and give me access to my own money.
