Bybit Holding My $1,900 Deposit With No Explanation

On November 15, 2025 at 9:19:49 PM, I deposited the equivalent of $1,900 into my account on Bybit. However, this money never appeared in my account, and now it shows up as “balance under review.”

Despite contacting customer service repeatedly, I’m always told “we will refund you,” yet until today no refund has been made. I’m unable to use my money, and I also cannot get it back into my bank account.

I demand that the full amount be returned — exactly as deposited — to my account without further delay, and that I receive a clear, straightforward explanation of what happened.
