I Paid for Busuu Premium But My Account Still Shows as Free Membership

On April 18, 2025 at 6:21 PM, I purchased a 1-year Busuu Premium subscription for ₺300. The payment was successfully processed—my card was charged, and the subscription appears as active on my Apple account. However, when I log into my Busuu account, it still shows me as a free member. Even worse, the “Upgrade to Premium” button is still active, as if I never paid in the first place. This is unacceptable. I need immediate access to the Premium features, especially since I have assignments to submit and I’m preparing to get my German language certificate. This delay is affecting my progress. I’ve already provided screenshots showing proof of payment and subscription. Busuu must fix this issue immediately and activate my Premium account without any further excuses. I paid for this service and expect full access now.
