I want to cancel my Busuu subscription, but the process is incredibly frustrating and unclear. Every time I try to cancel through the app, it redirects me to the Play Store. But when I go to the Play Store, there is no Busuu subscription listed under my active subscriptions.
To make matters worse, ₺257 was withdrawn from my account without my authorization. I never intended to continue the subscription, and I certainly did not approve this charge. I feel completely taken advantage of. There should be a simple and transparent way to cancel a subscription without getting trapped in this loop.
All I want is to cancel my Busuu subscription immediately and receive a refund for the ₺257 that was charged to me without consent. Busuu, please provide clear steps or direct support to fix this issue now. This kind of user experience is unacceptable.
