How to Cancel Unwanted Busuu Subscription

While installing an app from Play Store, I accidentally accepted a Busuu subscription due to a pop-up advertisement. I never intended to subscribe, yet now I find myself charged and unable to cancel it.

I reached out to Türk Telekom, but they couldn't help. Despite my efforts, I cannot find a way to stop this unwanted subscription. I should not be forced to pay for a service I never actively signed up for.

I demand immediate assistance to cancel this subscription and prevent further charges. This practice is misleading and frustrating. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
