I have been trying to cancel my Busuu Premium subscription, but there is no cancellation button anywhere! I followed the help section instructions, clicked on the subscription settings, but all it does is show that I am a Premium member—there is no option to cancel.
Thinking this might be an issue on my computer, I tried again on my tablet, only to find that the subscription section doesn’t even exist there! When I accessed the help page, it directed me to the same nonexistent cancellation option.
This is extremely frustrating and deceptive. How can a service not offer a clear way to cancel a subscription? I demand that Busuu cancel my subscription immediately and make the cancellation process transparent for all users!
