I’m extremely disappointed with Busuu and how they handled the Premium access I was promised. I shared my referral link with two friends, both of whom purchased Premium memberships, just like the app instructed. As a result, I was told I would receive one year of Premium access — this was clearly advertised.
At first, my Premium membership was activated. However, after just one month, Busuu abruptly removed my access, even though the conditions were fully met. This is completely unfair and misleading. Why promise a reward and then revoke it without explanation?
I demand that Busuu immediately reinstate my full-year Premium access, as originally promised. Additionally, the app really needs a proper feedback and support section. Right now, there’s no clear way to contact anyone about issues like this.
Please fix this, honor your referral reward policy, and make it easier for users to get help.
