Burton Live Chat Not Functioning Correctly
Two days back, I ordered Anon Wilderness Sunglasses from Burton. After I paid, I noticed that I had mistakenly chosen my previous address when I reviewed the order information. I attempted to reach customer service, but after around 20 minutes, I decided to stop as they continued to play the same recordings. There isn't a way to update the address on the website, just the choice to cancel. I tried to fix the problem using live chat support, but it looks like it's just a robot that keeps giving the same pre-written answers. Even after I kept explaining my request, it just kept giving me irrelevant information. Looks like I'll have to cancel and reorder, unfortunately.
