Burger King Order Marked Prepared but Never Delivered

On 5 September, I placed an order worth ₹132 through the Burger King app from the Tathawade, Pune branch. In the application, the status of my order was shown as “prepared”, but for about an hour there was no further update and the order was never delivered. I tried to contact Burger King regarding this delayed order, but I could not get any proper response or solution. Despite the payment being taken and the order shown as prepared, I was left waiting without receiving anything. I request that the full amount of ₹132 be refunded as soon as possible and that this issue be reviewed so that similar situations do not occur again.
