Alexander McQueen Denies Defect on My Sneakers Despite Visible Sole Deformation

Dear Alexander McQueen Customer Service, I recently purchased a pair of Alexander McQueen sneakers (Black, Size 42) from Beymen Zorlu Center in Turkey on October 6, 2024 (Invoice No: MO02024000246133). Despite only wearing them a few times, I noticed significant deformations on the glossy sole. Concerned about the issue, I returned the product to the store for inspection. However, the result stated that no manufacturing defect was found. Upon visiting the store, I also noticed that brand-new, unworn pairs had the same defect, which suggests a potential material or production issue rather than customer misuse. As a long-time admirer of Alexander McQueen’s quality and craftsmanship, I am reaching out to request a fair resolution, such as a replacement or refund. I have attached photos showing the defect on both my pair and new ones at the store for your review. I appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to your prompt response.
