Aeropostale Boots Cause Severe Discomfort, Review Request Denied
I purchased a pair of Aeropostale boots from Boyner’s online store, but they have been a complete disappointment from the very first wear. The boots are poorly designed, with a misshapen fit that caused extreme discomfort within just 10 minutes. Hoping they might "break in," I tried wearing them again but could only last another 10 minutes before the pain became unbearable.
Convinced that this issue is far from normal, I returned the boots to Boyner for an inspection. However, my review request was denied, and no explanation was provided unless I visited the store in person. This lack of customer care is unacceptable. Selling defective products, even at a discount, is unethical and unprofessional.
I plan to escalate this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and share my experience widely. Boyner needs to prioritize customer satisfaction and take responsibility for defective products. I demand a resolution and fair treatment.
