I Am Demanding a Full Refund From Boyner for Weak Burberry Weekend Fragrance
On Saturday, July 4, I purchased Burberry Weekend perfume from the Boyner store inside the Kayseri Forum Mall. From the very first day I began using the product, I noticed that its fragrance failed to linger for even an hour. Despite trying it repeatedly, I was left with a scent that completely evaporated in a short period, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied with the product.
For this reason, I brought the product back to the store on July 17 and left it for a formal inspection along with a refund request. On July 29, I received a rejection notice stating, "no defect was found, please pick up your product." However, because the perfume possesses absolutely zero longevity on me, I refuse to accept this response and do not wish to continue using this product.
Because the fragrance lacks the expected longevity, I demand that my return request be accepted and that a full monetary refund of my purchase price be issued to me.
