Bumble Premium Account Cannot Be Deleted Despite Repeated Attempts

January 6 7:48 AM38

For more than two weeks, I have been trying to delete my paid Bumble Premium account. I have attempted this both through the iOS app and via a web browser, but I consistently receive the error message “Account could not be deleted. Please try again later,” and the process never completes.

The issue started in early December, when my subscription renewal date was approaching, and I have been trying almost every day since then. This situation creates a real risk that the approximately $9 fee I paid on November 2 for a service I no longer want could be charged again.

All of my attempts to contact Bumble through in-app support, email, and Instagram have either gone unanswered or resulted in automated replies that redirect me back to the same non-working channels. This process gives the impression that account deletion is being deliberately made difficult.

My account is registered under the email address m***@gmail.com** and the phone number +90 532 *** ** 50. This situation constitutes a clear violation of my data protection rights under applicable personal data protection laws.

My request to Bumble is as follows: manually delete my account and all associated data immediately, cancel my paid subscription and stop any future charges, and send written confirmation of these actions to my registered email address.
