My Funds Stuck at BtcTurk for 2 Years

Unbelievable! It's been a wild ride dealing with BTC Turk. I transferred my hard-earned money to them a year ago with the promise of prompt processing. Fast forward nearly two years, and what do I get? A flimsy explanation that a faulty network caused a 1 TL payment error. Seriously, that's their justification? They've been throwing excuses at me and leaving me hanging for two years. Back then, my 4,000 TL vanished into thin air as they clung to it without hesitation. Did they overlook me?
