I no longer want to be involved in cryptocurrency trading and would like to permanently close my BtcTurk account. I have made a clear personal decision to step away from crypto-related platforms, and I am requesting the immediate termination of my account.
Not only do I want my account closed, but I also demand that all personal information and data associated with my account be permanently deleted from your systems in accordance with data protection laws. This includes identity documents, transaction history, and all user data.
Despite my previous attempts to reach out, I haven’t received any meaningful response. If I do not hear back from BtcTurk and my request is not fulfilled in a timely manner, I will be forced to pursue legal action and escalate the matter to the relevant data privacy authorities.
