I Couldn’t Open My Trophy Chest in Brawl Stars and Lost My Reward

In Brawl Stars, I selected my trophy chest, and when I opened the game today, the chest appeared but didn’t open, so I couldn’t claim my reward through the app. The game didn’t give me the chest I had already earned. Now, I have to collect candies all over again to get another chest, even though I had already filled the bar completely.

This situation really frustrated me, and similar issues happen from time to time, which makes the experience quite disappointing.
