Can’t Recover My Brawl Stars Account Despite Proof — Request Compensation

Since April 4, 2025, I haven’t been able to access my Brawl Stars account, which had 13,935 trophies and 40 characters. That evening, when I tried to log into the game, it restarted completely as if I were a new player. Once I realized what had happened, I tried every possible method to recover my account, but none of them worked, and I still haven’t been able to get it back.
At one point, I gave up on recovering it, but recently, I started trying again because I couldn’t stop thinking about it. Each time, the support team asked me to explain how I lost my account, and I did. Then they replied with “We’ll get back to you,” but afterward, they either said, “We can’t verify ownership or there’s suspicious activity on this account, please open a new one,” and refused to help. When I tried contacting them again through my secondary account, they responded, “We couldn’t complete the process,” and still offered no support.
This entire process has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I’m requesting that my lost account be restored and, as compensation for my trouble, that 200 gems be added to my secondary account where my favorite character, Shade, is located.
