I Spent 40 Gems but Cursed Kenji Didn’t Unlock in Brawl Stars

I’m extremely frustrated with what happened in Brawl Stars. I spent 40 gems to unlock the Cursed Kenji skin, but it didn’t work as expected. Since I didn’t have the Kenji character unlocked yet, I clicked “Unlock Kenji” when prompted. I tapped the “Unlock” button, but nothing happened—Kenji never unlocked, and my gems are gone.

I feel cheated. I paid in-game currency for something that didn’t activate, and now I’m left with nothing. This isn’t just a minor glitch—this is a serious issue that affects players who support the game by spending gems.
