Brainety Charged Me Without Authorization and Failed to Provide the Service

Brainenty let me have a letdown. Without prior permission, they charged me $45; I did not get the desired good or service. When I contacted their support staff, they kindly sent meditation tracks as a gift, but it seemed like a means of avoidance for my request for a refund. Although I value the work, the fundamental problem was not addressed, and the many follow-up letters have been more aggravating than beneficial. Since then, I have called my bank to fix things; nonetheless, this incident has made me cautious to rely on the platform once more. To better serve their clients going forward, I hope they enhance their refund procedure and communication skills.
