I recently purchased a pair of North Face outdoor women's shoes from the Boyner store located in İzmir Karşıyaka Hilltown Mall. However, to my dismay, on the very first day of wearing them, I encountered a troubling issue – I slipped and fell on wet ground. These shoes proved to be excessively slippery on moist surfaces, posing a serious safety hazard. Despite bringing this concern to the attention of the store, I was disappointed to receive a response indicating that there was no manufacturing defect.
Feeling dissatisfied with the resolution provided by both the store and North Face, I have taken the matter further by lodging a formal complaint with the Consumer Rights Arbitration Board.
