On 02/08/2024, I purchased a pair of Asics Ortholite sports shoes, trusting the brand that I’ve been using for years. As a service technician at a corporate company, I’m required to wear black, sporty shoes for work. However, the soles of these shoes are dangerously slippery, and I’ve barely avoided falling at work several times.
Just two days after purchasing, I returned to Boyner Store to report the issue, and they sent the shoes to the manufacturer for inspection. The response I received was that there’s "no problem with the product." I’m extremely disappointed with both Asics and the product. I intend to escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
