I got my hands on a Bosch fridge on 08/04/2024, delivered and plugged in by the carriers. They said the door alarm light would go off after 2 hours. But soon after, we noticed this annoying buzz. The service guy came, acknowledged it, but shrugged it off. We usually hang out in the kitchen, but that buzzing drives us nuts, even with the door closed. The sides feel like they're on fire. Called the hotline, they said it's normal. But we've had fridges from every brand, never heard anything like this. I shelled out a fortune for Bosch, trusting their rep. But now, the blame game from the call center has shattered that trust. If the buzz is a case for this machine, I demand the replacement of the machine with a new one, if not the refund of my money from the Bosch authorities.
