Called the hotline, they said it's normal. But we've had fridges from every brand, never heard anything like this. I shelled out a fortune for Bosch, trusting their rep. But now, the blame game from the call center has shattered that trust. If the buzz is a case for this machine, I demand the replacement of the machine with a new one, if not the refund of my money from the Bosch authorities.
