Broken Bosch Brake Discs Problem

On December 28, 2021, I took advantage of the year-end sales and bought a Bosch front DISC-PAD set for my car. I collected various products through promotional offers over a two-month period in preparation for a complete maintenance overhaul. I completed the maintenance and had the discs replaced on April 15, 2022. However, I soon noticed significant trembling when applying the brakes, which worsened over time. As the shaking worsened, the vehicle's control was compromised. After consulting with the auto service center in charge of the maintenance, tests revealed that the discs were uneven, most likely due to manufacturing flaws. The struggle continued, with little response from Bosch's customer service, until July 26, 2023, when I reached out. They simply dismissed my concerns, citing the one-year warranty period and the Consumer Protection Law. Their responses appeared to skirt the issue, denying responsibility for the defective product. Feeling duped and abandoned, I have no choice but to pursue legal action under the Consumer Protection Act. Bosch's actions demonstrate a flagrant disregard for their customers and products.
