Bosch Range Hood DWK64PJ70T Broke Down and Service Won't Provide Replacement Part

On October 21, 2024, I purchased a Bosch brand range hood, but its ventilation system broke down on January 11, 2025. I contacted the authorized service, and a technician came to inspect it. He identified a malfunction in the touch panel and requested a replacement part. However, 22 days have passed, and the part has still not arrived, leaving me in a difficult situation. I deeply regret buying the Bosch range hood with the code DWK64PJ70T. I didn’t do thorough research before purchasing, which was my mistake, but I’m sharing this experience so others don't face the same issues. The service is completely indifferent and offers no solution. Every time I call, they simply say, "We're sorry," but nothing gets resolved. I bought Bosch products like a range hood, oven, and stove, but would I buy them again? Never. Would I recommend them? Absolutely not. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board soon.

No solution has been reached yet and there has been no renewal for months, I am a victim. I am definitely not satisfied with the Bosch brand, customer service is extremely uninterested. I will never deal with this brand again.
