Hello, I purchased the Bosch RDW1575 touchscreen water dispenser, and it failed after only two months, resulting in a flood in my home due to the touchscreen not working. Customer service took the machine and informed me that this product had been discontinued and that they would provide a lower model, RDW1571, with the price difference refunded to my account within 3 days. They also stated that the new unit would be delivered within a week. I first spoke with them on September 11, 2023, but when I called again on September 19, 2023, they said my refund had not been processed and that the new machine had been shipped and would arrive in 10 days. Surprisingly, the RDW1575 model is still available on their website. They assured me that I would receive a lower model due to issues with this one, but when it comes to replacements, they seem to flip-flop. When I requested a refund, they only offered me half of what I had paid. These delays and lack of resolution have been very discouraging, and I am reconsidering my choice of Bosch as a brand.
