Bosch Washing Machine Repeated Water Leak After Repair

I own a Bosch Serie 8 washing machine registered in Muş, Malazgirt district, and serviced by the Bulanık authorized service. About 6–7 months ago, the machine started leaking water from the detergent drawer area and from the door rubber. After I reported the problem, the kit inside the detergent drawer and the rubber inside the washing machine door were replaced. Despite this, the device has been repaired twice in total and each time, after the service left, the same water leakage problem continued in the same areas. I waited for a while to see if the situation would improve, but unfortunately the problem persists and the leakage does not end. My request, since the same fault has recurred despite repeated repairs, is that my washing machine be replaced with a new, fault-free product. I also have a record created with Bosch Customer Services under number 3284438. I kindly ask that my situation be evaluated within the scope of consumer rights and that a product replacement be carried out as soon as possible.
