Bosch Washing Machine ( 8 Series ) Keeps Malfunctioning

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the recent purchase of a Bosch 8 series washing machine manufactured in Germany. Approximately 10 months ago, I made the decision to invest in this particular model due to its reputation for quality and durability, expecting it to provide reliable service for years to come. However, my experience with the appliance has been far from satisfactory. Within just three months of purchase, the drum developed a fault, resulting in damage to my laundry. It took approximately 20 days to replace the faulty part, causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my household routine. Now, I am faced with yet another major issue as the main circuit board has malfunctioned, rendering the digital display unusable. When I chose Bosch over other more affordable alternatives, I did so based on the brand's renowned reliability and the assurance of German engineering. I believed that even in the event of a malfunction, Bosch would uphold its brand value by promptly addressing any issues that arose. However, the frequency and severity of the malfunctions I have encountered with this washing machine have shattered my confidence in the brand. I am deeply disappointed and regretful that my trust in Bosch has been misplaced. The numerous problems I have experienced with this appliance have far exceeded what I would expect from a reputable brand like Bosch. At this point, I am left with no choice but to request a replacement or a full refund for the defective washing machine. I urge you to take immediate action to resolve this matter satisfactorily. It is the legal duty of every brand to replace parts of a machine that has malfunctioned 3 times within 10 months. However, to be worthy of brand reliability, more than just part replacement should be done. If I had bought Altus at one-third of your price, it would have already done the part replacement. There is no point in choosing the Bosch brand after paying so much money. I hope all consumers take this into account and do not choose your products again just because of your name. Having 3 malfunctions in 10 months means you sold a defective product to your customer. Nothing but the complete replacement of the product with a new one will alleviate my grievance.
