Bosch Serie 6 Vacuum Battery Not Fully Charging and Quickly Discharging

I purchased the Bosch Serie 6 vacuum cleaner with two batteries, but before the warranty ran out, the battery life dropped a lot. I couldn't tell if it was fully charged or not, so I decided to use another vacuum cleaner instead. I only use this vacuum to clean 1-2 rooms because it doesn't have enough power. The warranty ran out around 3 months ago. I'm really bummed that I didn't get it fixed because it's been having the same problem for a while. But I think that if there are ongoing issues, even after the warranty expires, it can still be replaced at no cost. I'm sure that a company like Bosch will support their product, and I'm looking forward to hearing from you. (I haven't taken it to get fixed yet.) I'm dealing with the same problem. When I turn on the device, it only stays on for 5 minutes before the red light comes on right away. The other battery stopped working too and it won't charge at all. I have other Bosch devices like a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and cordless screwdriver, and they all work fine. But, the screwdriver had the same battery problem too, and both devices stopped working. I'm really disappointed with this vacuum cleaner. I need a spare battery, and it seems like prices start at around ₺1,300. I'm wondering if it's worth buying because I'm afraid the battery might break again. If not, I'll have to buy a different brand of vacuum cleaner. This time, I lost money.

Friends, the service came and asked for 1850 TL for one of the depleted batteries because the warranty period had expired by 5 months. I researched other brands and found that their battery durations last longer. The spare battery life of this device has decreased and ended quickly. I will buy the recommended other brand and try it out as well. If I am satisfied, Bosch will be a thing of the past for me, and I will have to replace all malfunctioning electronic devices with other brands, albeit reluctantly. Goodbye Bosch, welcome new brands, and we will continue with life. Friends, Bosch service directly goes for a fee. I suggest you try other brands accordingly.

Unfortunately, it arrived after 2 months, but this time the person who came for the delivery said, "We don't have a POS device, we work with cash." No matter how we handle it, it falls apart. We told them when they asked for the location, "We will pay by card, bring a device." We returned the spring, the spreader. I was so angry that I was going to throw out the other white goods in the house as well. I swear, I will not even bring Bosch-branded trash into the house again. A complete disgrace. Friends, I do not RECOMMEND this brand to anyone. Unfortunately, the service failed miserably.
