Bosch Dishwasher Leaves Dishes Soaking and Doesn't Clean Properly Despite Service

The Bosch dishwasher leaves the dishes in water and does not wash them properly. Even though they see that we have serviced them as we received them, they ask for an extra fee and say we will test them. They say that is because you did not put rinse aid, and it makes the job difficult. I have tried everything and every detergent. They do not help. I really want to throw them away. If I had the financial means, the dishes are washed with a towel after how many hours.
Bosch never acts in a manner befitting its reputation; the staff are inadequate, ineffective, and uninformed. I have completely lost my trust in Bosch. On Tuesday, the service team came, took videos and photos, saw the wetness, and said they would run another program and come back in an hour. They said if it was still wet, they would test it again after seeing the condition of the machine, the dishes, and my inconvenience. After they started the test, the water in my house was cut off. I called to inform them, and they said they would come the next day as it couldn't be done that day. Three days later, they called my spouse and said that someone had come the previous day and that these machines don't have a heating element, so they don't have a drying feature; they only dry if the water temperature is high enough, which was a ridiculous excuse. They lied about the service that never came. I didn't know there was a dishwasher that doesn't dry. They are really just mocking us and wasting our time. I urgently expect service and a solution from Bosch.
