Bosch Dishwasher Requires Costly Detergent to Prevent Rust on My Utensils
I bought a Bosch dishwasher a year ago. If a specific detergent, meant to be used every three months, isn’t used, rust stains appear on metal kitchen utensils, especially forks and spoons. Before discovering this, I searched extensively for the cause of the rust. When I called customer service, they told me that I needed to use this detergent every three months. I followed their advice, and the problem disappeared. However, the price of this liquid detergent is currently ₺350. Think carefully before buying a Bosch dishwasher. Honestly, I would never purchase another product from this brand again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.

Their intention is not to satisfy the customer. It must be to delete the complaint we made from my page so that the Bosch brand is not tarnished.
