Before discovering this, I searched extensively for the cause of the rust. When I called customer service, they told me that I needed to use this detergent every three months. I followed their advice, and the problem disappeared. However, the price of this liquid detergent is currently ₺350. Think carefully before buying a Bosch dishwasher. Honestly, I would never purchase another product from this brand again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.
