Bosch Dishwasher Service Charge Issue
I've encountered a problem with my Bosch dishwasher; the water inlet point has shifted. I want to call for service, but they're demanding a service fee of ₺475. They claim if I agree to the repair, this fee won't be charged. However, in a previous service call, they not only took this fee but also sold me two pricey cleaning solutions. I feel I've been unfairly charged extra money.

After writing to the website Sikayetvar.com, I was called shortly afterward. I was told that a service would be sent on January 9, 2024, and the necessary repair would be carried out, with only the repair fee to be paid by me.
