I purchased a Bosch cordless vacuum, and within just one year, the head attachment started making loud, rattling noises whenever I use it. It is extremely disruptive and makes the vacuum almost unusable.
When I reported the issue to the store where I bought it, they asked me to bring it in for inspection. Despite taking it there twice, the problem remains unresolved. Their only suggestion was for me to purchase a new one, which is unacceptable considering I already paid ₺2300 for this product.
I am deeply dissatisfied with the quality and durability of this vacuum and expect Bosch to either repair the faulty part or provide a replacement without additional cost. This is not what I expected from such a reputed brand.
