I purchased the Bosch Unlimited Serie 8 cordless vacuum, but the vacuum head keeps breaking in the same spot. This has happened three times now, and each time, I’ve had to pay nearly ₺3000 to replace the head. The issue is due to Bosch using rigid material instead of a soft, flexible one, which would better handle contact during regular use.
I believe this is a clear engineering flaw, as other users I’ve spoken with are facing the exact same problem. For a premium product, this kind of recurring issue is unacceptable. Bosch needs to address this design failure by revising the material and offering durable replacements. We, the users, are tired of paying for the same problem repeatedly. Please take responsibility and resolve this immediately!
