I purchased a Bosch handheld stick vacuum expecting strong performance and quiet operation from a globally trusted brand. Unfortunately, the product has been very disappointing. It runs with excessive noise, and its overall performance is far below Bosch standards.
I already sent it to service once, and although the issue was temporarily resolved, the same problem returned shortly after. The loud noise makes it uncomfortable to use, and I expected a product in this category to be more durable and refined, especially considering Bosch's reputation.
I’m requesting that Bosch reinspect this vacuum cleaner without charging another service fee. This recurring issue shouldn’t be dismissed as normal wear and tear.
