We purchased the Bosch Unlimited 7 stick vacuum in February 2024, and since then, it has already broken down twice. The main issue is with the rotating brush head—it stops spinning and begins to make a loud noise. Each time, we’ve had to call for service, and while they fix it, it’s clearly only a temporary solution.
This repeated problem is frustrating, and it’s certainly not the level of quality we expected from Bosch. We didn’t buy this product just to deal with repairs every few months. It's time-consuming and disappointing.
We are now requesting a full replacement of the vacuum. Bosch, please acknowledge this recurring defect and offer a long-term solution, not just patchwork repairs. Your customers deserve better.
