I Keep Replacing the Bosch Unlimited 7 Vacuum Head


I purchased the Bosch BCS711XXL cordless vacuum on June 7, 2023, and the rotating brush head has broken multiple times without any misuse. It has already been replaced under warranty three times, and now it has stopped working again.
While I appreciate that Bosch has replaced the part each time without issue, the recurring nature of this problem is frustrating and unacceptable. I’m tired of repeatedly sending the product in for repairs without a permanent solution. If this continues, am I expected to keep dealing with the same issue until the warranty expires?
I demand a long-term fix for this defective part or a replacement vacuum. Bosch must address this persistent problem immediately.
